Styles We Teach
Traditions Pro Style
Traditional Pro Wrestling is the style most used in North America. Started back in the carnival days, were wrestlers would challenge members in the Audience for a prize. It later changed during the invention of Television to add flash and Glam to the sport. This style is the most common, and also what all students will learn as they first begin.
Japanese Strong Style
This style is similar to the American style of Pro Wrestling, but the hitting is a big harder and alot tougher on the body. This style also combines the action of American Pro Wrestling and Mexico’s Lucha Libre.
Lucha Libre
Spanish for Freewill Fighting, this style has the traditions of American Wrestling, but also add gymnastic move, High Flying jumps, and faster action. This style is the most common in Mexico, but is used throughout South America and parts of North America.
